The sales period was from August 2008 through May 2024. The retail price was between $35 and $40 for a single unit, or $70 for a two-pack. The products were manufactured in China.

3. Hazard Information
The recalled steam cleaners can expel hot water or steam onto users while heating or during use, posing a burn hazard. According to the recall notice, BISSELL has received 183 reports of hot water or steam escaping from the product. Among these reports, 157 involved minor burn injuries.
