1. Recall Summary
This recall involves the Zippee children’s activity silicone toy. The product is a teal flexible silicone cylinder with holes where six different color silicone strings can be pulled. Five of the six silicone strings contain a spherical ball attached to the end of the string. The recalled toy may have date codes in MMDDYY format ranging from 030620 to 110823 marked inside the toy’s silicone cylinder body. The product was imported by Mobi Games, Inc. of Canada and manufactured in China. The recall was published on November 13, 2025, under Recall Number 26086.

2. Affected Products
The affected product is the Zippee Activity Toy. Approximately 117,500 units were sold in the United States, and an additional 25,786 units were sold in Canada. The toys were sold at Amazon.com, PlayMobi.com, other online platforms, and in specialty toy stores from November 2019 through January 2024 for about $20. The recalled toys are identified by date codes in MMDDYY format ranging from 030620 to 110823, which are marked inside the toy’s silicone cylinder body.

3. Hazard Information
The recalled silicone activity toys contain spherical ends that can reach the back of the throat, posing a serious choking hazard to children. This product violates the mandatory federal standard for toys. As of the recall date, Mobi Games is aware of one incident involving a child placing the toy in his/her mouth and gagging, resulting in vomiting and choking. The child was released from medical care with no further injuries.

4. Consumer Action Required
Consumers should stop using the recalled toy immediately and take it away from children. Consumers should contact Mobi Games to receive a full refund. Consumers will be asked to register their product online by first confirming they have an affected version with spherical ends on the strings and then by providing a photo of the destroyed toy. Consumers will be directed to destroy the toy by cutting the spherical ends off the silicone strings and writing their initials and date on the teal cylinder.

5. Official Remedy
The official remedy is a full refund. Consumers must follow the destruction instructions provided by Mobi Games (cutting the spherical ends off the silicone strings and writing initials and date on the teal cylinder) and submit a photo of the destroyed toy to receive the refund.
