1. Recall Summary
Super Wheels Inc. (formerly Allite Inc.), of Miamisburg, Ohio, is recalling Vaast A/1 bicycles and framesets. The recall was published on October 16, 2025, and updated on October 17, 2025. The recall number is 26035. The recall involves approximately 1,860 units in the United States and about 4 units sold in Canada. The firm has received 22 reports of frame fractures and three reports of frame tube separation. One incident resulted in a minor injury after a consumer fell from the bike.
2. Affected Products
The recall includes Vaast A/1 bicycles and framesets. There are 35 bicycle models and 15 different frameset models. The bicycles were sold in the following paint colors: Berry Red, Sea Blue, Matte Black, and Black Forest Green. The frames have the “VAAST” logo on both sides of the upper section of the down tube. The affected serial numbers are: WAWAK0001 through WAWAK0062; WAWAL0001 through WAWAL0600; WAWAA0001 through WAWAA0474; WAWAB0001 through WAWAB0020; WAWBH0001 through WAWBH0999; WAWBD0001 through WAWBD0170; WAWCF0001 through WAWCF0280; WAWCK0001 through WAWCK0450; WAWCA0001 through WAWCA0999; and VFA1M0011 through VFA1M0015. The products were sold at Amazon from November 2024 through August 2025 for between $25 and $50. The manufacturer country is Taiwan.
3. Hazard Information
The bicycle frame can develop a hairline fracture near a weld. This can cause the tubes to separate, posing a risk of falling. The firm has received 22 reports of frame fractures and three reports of frame tube separation. One of the tube separation incidents resulted in a minor injury after the consumer fell from the bike.
