1. Recall Summary
On November 3, 2022, BS Interactive LLC, of Panama City, Florida, in cooperation with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC), announced a recall of Stashables-branded finger skateboard ramp sets. The recall was issued due to the products violating the federal lead paint ban and the federal lead content ban. The recall notice is classified as a Recall Alert. No injuries have been reported in connection with this recall.

2. Affected Products
The recall involves Stashables-branded finger skateboard ramp sets. The sets are available in 6-piece and 11-piece configurations. Each set consists of miniature skateboard plastic ramps decorated with graffiti art. The sets include a mixture of toy skates, skateboards, caster boards, scooters, and bicycles. However, only the miniature scooters and miniature skateboards are included in this recall. The product packaging displays the brand name “Stashables,” the age recommendation “5+ years,” and the number of pieces on the front panel. The batch number “18112021” is printed on the bottom left corner of the front panel of both product versions. Approximately 17,000 units were sold. The products were manufactured in China. The recalled items were sold online at Amazon.com and Walmart.com from April 2020 through May 2022, with a retail price between $30 and $40.

3. Hazard Information
The surface paint on the miniature skateboard and scooter toys contained in the ramp sets has levels of lead that exceed the federal lead paint ban. Additionally, the miniature scooter toy fails to comply with the federal lead content ban. Lead is toxic if ingested by young children and can cause adverse health effects. As of the date of the recall notice, no incidents or injuries have been reported.

4. Consumer Action Required
Consumers are instructed to immediately take the recalled miniature scooters and skateboards away from children. Consumers should then contact BS Interactive to arrange for free replacement scooters and skateboards, including free shipping. As part of the remedy process, consumers will be asked to submit a photo of the disposed recalled scooters and skateboards. BS Interactive is contacting all known purchasers directly.

5. Official Remedy
The official remedy is a replacement. Consumers will receive free replacement miniature scooters and skateboards. The replacement items will be shipped at no cost to the consumer.
