Maxx, Urban Outfitters, and other stores nationwide from January 2022 through March 2022 for about $40. The country of manufacture is China. 3. Hazard Information
The hazard identified in the recall notice is that the blanket can overheat if left plugged in and powered on for an extended period of time, posing fire and burn hazards. Consumers who provide proof of destruction (a photo of the cut cord and the blanket’s labeling) are entitled to a full refund or a $50 voucher towards the purchase of another LUXE+WILLOW product. The remedy options listed in the recall notice are a refund.
