1. Recall Summary
Kichler Lighting LLC, of Solon, Ohio, in cooperation with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission, announced a recall of Ellerbeck Wall Sconces. The recall notice was published on February 27, 2025, as Recall Number 25162. The recalled product can be mounted either as a plug-in fixture without an electrical box or without a cord to an electrical box. The wall sconces feature articulating jointed arms measuring about 21.25 inches long. This recall applies only to wall sconces produced on or after June 16, 2023, and only when installed as a plug-in fixture without an electrical box. The recall notice states that about 2,760 units were sold in the United States and about 215 additional units were sold in Canada.
