The gates were manufactured in China by Shaoxing Yishan Garment Co., Ltd., dba Signbaby. They were sold exclusively on Amazon from December 2024 through May 2025 for between $33 and $38.

Hazard Information
The recalled gates violate the federal mandatory safety standard for expansion gates and expandable enclosures. Specifically, a child’s torso can fit through the opening between the gate and the floor. This creates an entrapment hazard that poses a risk of serious injury or death to children.
