On July 16, 2026, a recall was announced for Noerishia adult portable bed rails. The product packaging is printed with “Model: KDB-504B” and “Batch: SO2025111104.” The instruction manual is printed with the Noerishia branding “Noerishia” and “Model: KDB-504B.” Approximately 504 units are affected. The bed rails were sold online at Amazon.com from March 2026 through April 2026 for about $100. The distributor is Dongguan Shinneng Huizheng Network Technology Co., Ltd., doing business as Hurzein. The product was manufactured in China.

3. Hazard Information

The recalled bed rails violate the mandatory standard for adult portable bed rails. According to the recall notice, the hazard is that users can become entrapped within the bed rail or between the bed rail and the side of the mattress. This poses a serious entrapment hazard and risk of death by asphyxiation. The recall notice also states that the bed rails do not bear the required hazard warning labels. No injuries have been reported.

4. Consumer Action Required

Consumers should stop using the recalled adult portable bed rails immediately. Consumers are instructed to contact Hurzein for a refund. As part of the remedy process, consumers will be asked to cut off the gray foam handgrip padding and cut the securing straps in half to render the bed rails unusable. After destroying the bed rail, consumers must take a photo of the destroyed bed rail and send it to the email address provided by the distributor.

The official remedy for this recall is a refund. Consumers who follow the destruction and documentation instructions will receive a refund from Hurzein.
