The sleepwear was sold online at www.esmewear.com and in children’s boutiques nationwide from May 2021 through August 2021. Approximately 3,600 units are affected. No injuries have been reported in connection with this recall.

Affected Products
The recall includes four styles of children’s sleepwear garments in sizes 12 months to 14 years. All recalled garments are made of a blend of 47% modal, 47% cotton, and 6% spandex. The style number begins with “SF9” and the cut number is one of the following: 1812, 2730, 7082, or 7104. These numbers are printed on a label behind the garment’s size and care labeling.

The four specific styles are:
– Bunny Print – Style Number SF977, Cut Number 7082. Long sleeve top and pant pajama set. Sizes: 12 Months, 18-24 Months, 2T, 3T, 4T, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 12, and 14. Price range: $47 to $65.
– Cherry Print – Style Number SF937/57, Cut Number 2730. Short sleeve and crop legging pajama set. Sizes: 2T, 3T, 4T, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 12, and 14. Price range: $50 to $63.
– Unicorn Print – Style Number SF900/57, Cut Number 1812. Cami and legging pajama set. Sizes: 2T, 3T, 4T, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 12, and 14. Price range: $48 to $61.
– Shimmer Sweets Print – Style Number SF950/57, Cut Number 7104. 3/4 sleeved top and pant pajama set. Sizes: 2T, 3T, 4T, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 12, and 14. Price range: $50 to $64.

Hazard Information
The recalled children’s sleepwear garments fail to meet the federal flammability standards for children’s sleepwear. This violation poses a risk of burn injuries to children. No incidents or injuries have been reported as of the recall publication date.

Consumer Action Required
Consumers should immediately take the recalled sleepwear garments away from children and stop using them. Consumers should then contact the firm to arrange for a free replacement garment or a full refund. Esme is contacting all known purchasers and providing prepaid mailers to return the products for a full refund or replacement.
