Each kit includes five tea light candles containing 15 preinstalled button cell batteries (three per tea light), ten carving tools with black and orange handles and a bat pattern, ten emoticon stickers, one handbag, and one pair of black latex gloves. The product packaging bears the text “X004P47MYP Besslly Hallow…Fun and Durable New.” Approximately 650 units were sold. The kits were sold exclusively online at Amazon.com from March 2024 through December 2025, with a retail price between $9 and $20. The product was manufactured in China.

3. Hazard Information
The recalled carving kits violate the mandatory federal safety standard for consumer products containing button cell or coin batteries. Specifically, the button cell batteries inside the tea light candles can be accessed easily by children, posing an ingestion hazard. Additionally, the product and its packaging do not include the warning labels required under Reese’s Law. When button cell or coin batteries are swallowed, the ingested batteries can cause serious injuries, internal chemical burns, and death. No injuries have been reported as of the date of the recall notice.
