Ltd., of China, doing business as Walmart seller Autoez. The product was manufactured in China.

3. Hazard Information
The recalled shades have long operating cords and accessible inner cords. According to the recall notice, these cords can cause death or serious injury to children due to strangulation and entanglement hazards.
