Hazard Information
The recalled toys violate the mandatory standard for toys containing button batteries. The compartment that holds the batteries in the remote control can be accessed without the use of a common household tool. If button cell or coin batteries are swallowed, the ingested batteries can cause serious injuries, including internal chemical burns and death. As of the recall date, no injuries have been reported.

Consumer Action Required
Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled toy. Two options are available:
1. Full refund: Consumers should throw away the entire product and send a photo of the disposed product to GKKBSJ at gkkbsjtoys@outlook.com to receive a full refund.
2. Partial refund (if continuing use): If consumers wish to continue using the crib mobile, they may throw away only the remote control and send a photo of the disposed remote to gkkbsjtoys@outlook.com to receive a refund of $8. The crib mobile is fully functional without the remote control via buttons on the unit.

Note: Button cell batteries are hazardous. Batteries should be disposed of or recycled by following local hazardous waste procedures.

The official remedy is a refund. Consumers who dispose of the entire product and provide a photo of the disposed product will receive a full refund. Consumers who dispose of only the remote control and provide a photo of the disposed remote will receive a refund of $8.
