3. Hazard Information
The recalled toys violate the mandatory federal toy standard for products containing button batteries. The battery compartment in the remote control can be accessed without the use of a common household tool. According to the recall notice, if button cell or coin batteries are swallowed, the ingested batteries can cause serious injuries, including internal chemical burns and death. As of the date of the recall notice, no injuries or incidents have been reported.

4. Consumer Action Required
Consumers are instructed to immediately stop using the recalled toy. There are two options for consumers:
– Option A (Full Refund): Consumers should throw away the entire product (the crib mobile and the remote). After disposal, consumers must send a photo of the disposed product to the email address gkkbsjtoys@outlook.com to receive a full refund.
– Option B (Partial Refund): If consumers wish to continue using the crib mobile, they may throw away only the remote control. After disposing of the remote, consumers must send a photo of the disposed remote to gkkbsjtoys@outlook.com to receive a refund of $8. The recall notice states that the crib mobile is fully functional without the remote control, as it can be operated via buttons on the unit.
