3. Hazard Information
The recalled dressers are unstable if they are not anchored to the wall. This instability poses a serious tip-over and entrapment hazard that can result in injuries or death to children. The dressers violate the mandatory safety standard for clothing storage units as required by the STURDY Act. As of the date of this recall notice, no injuries have been reported in connection with these 16-drawer dressers.

4. Consumer Action Required
Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled dressers if they are not anchored to the wall. The dressers should be placed in an area that children cannot access. Consumers must contact WLIVE for instructions on how to dispose of the dressers. To receive a full refund, consumers must submit a photo to the email address provided below demonstrating that the product has been disposed of.

The official remedy is a full refund. Consumers must contact WLIVE to receive disposal instructions. After disposing of the dresser, consumers must send a photo showing proof of disposal to the designated email address to receive their refund.
