Recall Information Record: Sauna360 Tylö Halmstad and Kiruna Hybrid Saunas

1. Recall Summary
On October 23, 2025, Sauna360, Inc., of Cokato, Minnesota, in cooperation with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC), announced a recall of certain Tylö branded Halmstad and Kiruna Hybrid sauna rooms. The recall was initiated due to a fall hazard involving the bench seating in these units. The recall notice states that Sauna360 has received seven reports of the benches breaking, including one consumer with head and neck injuries. The recall number is 26040.

2. Affected Products
The recall involves bench seating in Sauna360’s Tylö branded Halmstad and Kiruna Hybrid sauna rooms. The following models and serial number ranges are included in the recall:

– Tylö Halmstad™ 2 (models: TRAD, W/BLISS, 15A, 120V, CB21-1, V1; and TRAD, W/BLISS, 20A, 120V, CB21-1, V1): Serial numbers CSFxxABTRxx-V1-4933 through CSFxxABTRxx-V1-6970.
– Tylö Halmstad™ 3 (model: TRAD, W/BLISS, 240V, CB23-1, V1): Included in the same serial number range as Halmstad 2.
– Tylö Halmstad™ 4 (model: TRAD, W/BLISS, 240V, CB23-1, V1): Included in the same serial number range as Halmstad 2.
– Tylö Kiruna Hybrid™ 2 (models: IS, W/BLISS, 15A, 120V, LOW EMR, CB20-1, V1; and IS, W/BLISS, 20A, 120V, LOW EMR, CB20-1, V1): Serial numbers CSFxxABISxxTL-V1-4964 through CSFxxABISxxTL-V1-7224.
– Tylö Kiruna Hybrid™ 3 (model: IS, W/BLISS, 240V, LOW EMR, CB22-1, V1): Included in the same serial number range as Kiruna Hybrid 2.

The serial number for each room can be found on both the packaging and the sauna rooms. For Halmstad 2, 3, and 4 rooms, the serial number label is located beneath the upper bench on the left side, directly above the electrical contactor box. For Kiruna Hybrid 2 and 3 rooms, the serial number label is applied to the right wall, located beneath the right side of the upper bench. The model number is printed in the manual. Approximately 1,000 units were sold. The saunas were sold by various distributors nationwide from July 2024 through December 2024 for between $6,000 and $12,000. The saunas were manufactured in China.

3. Hazard Information
The recall notice states that the saunas contain a bench that can collapse, posing a fall hazard to consumers. Sauna360 has received seven reports of the benches breaking, including one consumer with head and neck injuries. No other hazard information is specified in the recall notice.

4. Consumer Action Required
Consumers should stop using the Tylö Halmstad and Kiruna Hybrid Sauna benches immediately. Consumers should then contact Sauna360 to arrange for a free repair. The recall notice does not specify any other interim safety measures.

5. Official Remedy
The official remedy is a free repair. Sauna360 will provide a professional installer to retrofit the benches with additional hardware. Consumers will also receive a revised product manual from Sauna360 that includes the weight limit. No refund or replacement option is specified in the recall notice.
