2. Affected Products
The recalled products are TOPINCN 1.5-inch and 3-inch round pool drain covers. The 1.5-inch drain cover measures approximately 4 inches in outer diameter by 2 inches in inner diameter. The 3-inch drain cover measures approximately 5 inches in outer diameter by 3 inches in inner diameter. Both sizes are white and made of plastic. Each drain cover has two screws. Approximately 340 units are affected by this recall. The products were sold exclusively online at www.amazon.com from September 2022 through March 2024, with a price range between $9 and $32. The importer is Dong Guan Shi Li Peng Zhi Dian Zi Shang Wu You Xian Gong Si, doing business as Sanure Storefront, of China. The manufacturer country is China. Model numbers and UPCs are not specified in the recall notice.

3. Hazard Information
The recalled drain covers do not conform to the entrapment protection standards of the Virginia Graeme Baker Pool and Spa Safety Act (VGBA). This non-conformance poses an entrapment hazard to swimmers and bathers. No injuries have been reported as of the date of the recall notice.

To receive the refund, consumers must follow the consumer action steps: remove the drain cover, take a photo of it, and email the photo to the recalling firm at sanure710@126.com. Upon receipt of the photo, the recalling firm will provide a full refund.
