2. Affected Products

The bottles are packaged in a blue box. Both the bottle and the box have “TOMUM” and “Hair Growth Treatment” printed on labels located on their fronts. 3. Hazard Information
The hair serum contains minoxidil. Under the Poison Prevention Packaging Act, products containing minoxidil must be sold in child-resistant packaging. The recalled bottles are not child-resistant.
