1. Recall Summary
On July 3, 2024, the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) published Recall Number 24289 for SWOMOG children’s two-piece pajama sets. The recall involves approximately 27,400 units of children’s pajamas sold exclusively on Amazon.com by SWOMOG. The pajama sets were manufactured in China by ShenZhen Bai Si Te Clothing Limited Company and sold between May 2022 and January 2024. The recall was initiated because the pajama sets violate federal flammability standards for children’s sleepwear, posing a burn hazard to children. No injuries have been reported in connection with this recall.

2. Affected Products
The recalled products are SWOMOG children’s two-piece pajama sets available in two fabric types: satin and ribbed modal. The satin pajama sets were sold in 15 colors: black, blue, champagne, deep green, green, lavender, marina blue, matcha, misty rose, navy, pink, red 1, rose red, sakura pink, and white. The ribbed modal pajama sets were sold only in black. Satin pajama sets were offered in both short-sleeve/shorts and long-sleeve/pants configurations. The ribbed modal pajama sets were sold only as short-sleeve/shorts sets. Sizes included 4-5 years, 6-7 years, 8-9 years, 10-11 years, 12-13 years, and 14-15 years. The side-seam label on each garment indicates the place of manufacture as “China,” the date of manufacture (between May 2022 and October 2023, formatted as “Apr.01.2023”), and the manufacturer name “ShenZhen Bai Si Te Clothing limited Company.” The pajamas were sold exclusively online at Amazon.com from May 2022 through January 2024 for prices ranging from $16 to $43.

3. Hazard Information
The recalled children’s pajama sets violate the federal flammability standards for children’s sleepwear. This violation poses a burn hazard to children. As of the recall publication date, no injuries have been reported.

4. Consumer Action Required
Consumers should immediately take the recalled pajamas away from children and stop using them. Consumers must destroy the garments by cutting the top and bottom in half, then dispose of the pieces in accordance with local and state recycling laws. After destroying the garments, consumers should email a photo of the destroyed garment to SWOMOG at swomogservice@163.com to receive a refund. SWOMOG is contacting all known purchasers directly.

5. Official Remedy
The official remedy is a full refund. Consumers who follow the destruction and photo submission process will receive a full refund from SWOMOG.
