This recall involves South Shore brand Balka and Olena cribs. The recall was published on November 21, 2024. The model number is printed on an adhesive label located on one end of the crib. The cribs were imported by South Shore Industries LTD, of Canada, and manufactured in Malaysia. 3. Hazard Information

The hazard associated with these cribs is an entrapment risk. The spacing between some of the crib’s slats is wider than the maximum allowable distance under the federal safety standard for full-sized cribs. This violation poses an entrapment hazard to children. As of the date of the recall notice, no injuries have been reported.

To receive a full refund, consumers must take a photo of the disassembled crib placed in an outdoor waste container and email that photo to service@southshorefurniture.com.
