On June 12, 2025, Agro Superior Group LLC, of Princeton, New Jersey, initiated a recall of approximately 16,530 Oliver & Smith-branded 6-inch hybrid mattresses. The recall was issued in cooperation with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC). The mattresses were manufactured in Colombia and sold in the United States.

The recall involves Oliver & Smith-branded 6-inch hybrid mattresses sold in the following sizes: Twin, Twin-XL, Full, Short Full, Queen, Short Queen, King, and California King. The top of the mattresses features white woven ticking with a wavy diamond pattern. The sides of the mattresses are white with a diamond pattern, and the bottoms are black. One side-seam label lists “Oliver & Smith,” “PERFECT SLEEP,” and “Organic.” The opposite side-seam label lists “Made for: Superior Importers Company Trenton NJ 08638,” “Made in Colombia,” material contents, certification statement, date of manufacture, size dimensions, and filling net weight.
