Recall Summary

The fans were sold at Baby Express, Burlington Coat Factory, Target, and Unique Photo stores nationwide, as well as online at Amazon.com and us.nuby.com, from May 2024 through June 2024. The retail price was approximately $15. No other models, lot numbers, or product variations are included in this recall.

Hazard Information
The stroller fan’s housing allows consumers’ fingers to contact the fan’s blade. This design poses a laceration injury hazard to small children. Luv n’ care has received seven reports of children’s fingers accessing the fan blade. These incidents resulted in six laceration injuries. No other injury types or severity levels are specified in the recall notice. No reports of property damage or other hazards have been associated with this product.
