2. Affected Products
The recalled product is the Napei Collapsible Infant Bath Tub. The bath tubs are made of plastic with two detachable legs. They were sold in a white/gray color combination. Each unit includes a removable star print cushion insert, a built-in thermometer, and a blue rubber star-shaped drain plug. The model number “Model No: Baby Bathtub – 0823” is printed on a label located on the bottom of the bath tub. Approximately 7,800 units were sold in the United States. The product was manufactured in China and distributed by Sefon Store, of China. The bath tubs were sold exclusively on Amazon from July 2025 through September 2025 for approximately $35.

3. Hazard Information
The recalled infant bath tubs violate the mandatory federal standard for consumer products containing button cell or coin batteries. The built-in thermometer contains button cell batteries that can be accessed easily by children. When button cell or coin batteries are swallowed, the ingested batteries can cause serious injuries, internal chemical burns, and death. As of the date of the recall notice, no injuries or incidents have been reported.

4. Consumer Action Required
Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled infant bath tubs. Consumers must contact Sefon Store for instructions on how to receive a free replacement battery compartment. To initiate the process, consumers should provide their order number or a photo of the tracking label found on the bottom of the infant bath tub. This information should be emailed to Sefon Store at Napeiservice00@outlook.com. Upon confirmation of the order number or photo of the tracking label, Sefon Store will provide a replacement battery compartment to be delivered to the consumer. The recall notice also notes that button cell batteries are hazardous and should be disposed of or recycled by following local hazardous waste procedures.

5. Official Remedy
The official remedy for this recall is a repair. Specifically, consumers will receive a free replacement battery compartment for the built-in thermometer. The remedy does not include a refund or replacement of the entire bath tub.
