The product includes one blade attachment, which consists of three curved blades on one white plastic spindle. The model number MS14100094536S1 is printed on the label attached to the bottom of the clear plastic bowl. No other models, colors, or configurations are included in this recall.

Hazard Information
The hazard associated with this product is that the chopper’s blade can operate unexpectedly during assembly or when not enclosed in the container. This poses a laceration hazard to consumers. According to the recall notice, Walmart has received five reports of lacerations related to this product. Two of those incidents required medical attention, including stitches.
