The treadmills were sold at Dick’s Sporting Goods and Johnson Fitness & Wellness stores nationwide, as well as online at www.HorizonFitness.com, www.Amazon.com, www.DicksSportingGoods.com, and www.JohnsonFitness.com from March 2018 through October 2022. The retail price ranged between $600 and $1,000.

3. Hazard Information
The hazard associated with these treadmills is that they can unexpectedly accelerate, change speed, or stop without user input. This poses a fall hazard to the user. According to the recall notice, Horizon has received at least 874 reports of treadmills unexpectedly changing speed or stopping. Among these reports, there were 71 reports of injury, including bruises, abrasions, and two reports of broken bones.
