The e-bikes were sold on Amazon from May 2024 through December 2024 for a price between $700 and $1,200. The manufacturer is Shenzhen Fengqisi Car Industry Co., Ltd., dba FENGQS, of China.

3. Hazard Information
The hazard associated with this product is that the e-bike’s lithium-ion battery can overheat and ignite, posing serious fire and burn hazards to consumers. As of the recall date, FENGQS has received 13 reports of e-bikes igniting. Two of these incidents resulted in fires that caused property damage totaling $4,000. No injuries or deaths have been reported in the source data.

4. Consumer Action Required
Consumers should stop using the recalled e-bikes immediately. Consumers must then contact FENGQS to initiate the recall process. The following steps are required by the recall notice:
