Kichler Lighting LLC, of Solon, Ohio, is recalling approximately 2,760 Ellerbeck Wall Sconces in the United States and about 215 additional units sold in Canada. The recall was published on February 27, 2025. The recall notice states that the wall sconce’s electrical wires can become damaged at the adjustable joints, posing a risk of electric shock. The recall involves Ellerbeck Wall Sconces with articulating jointed arms. The sconce arms measure approximately 21.25 inches long. The products were sold in four finishes: black, natural brass, polished nickel, and classic pewter. The specific model numbers included in the recall are:

The sconces can be mounted either as a plug-in fixture (without an electrical box) or without a cord to an electrical box. The products were manufactured in China. They were sold at lighting showrooms nationwide and online at Amazon.com and Lowes.com from June 2023 through December 2024 for between $165 and $240.
