1. Recall Summary

On July 9, 2026, Conair LLC, doing business as Cuisinart, initiated a recall of approximately 12,660 Cuisinart Propel+ Four Burner 3-in-1 Gas Grills in the United States. An additional 83 units were sold in Canada. The recall was issued due to a laceration hazard associated with the tempered glass window in the pizza oven component of the grill. The firm has received 37 reports of shattered glass during use and one report of a fire. No injuries have been reported.

2. Affected Products

The recall includes the stainless-steel Cuisinart Propel+ Four Burner 3-in-1 Gas Grill, which features a griddle, a stove top burner, and a pizza oven with a tempered glass window located on top of the lid of the grill. The model number for the recalled product is CGG-6331. The model number and serial number can be found on a label located on the inside of the right-hand metal door. The grills were sold at Lowe’s, Walmart, and online at cuisinart.com from December 2024 through May 2026, with a retail price between $500 and $750. The product was manufactured in China.

3. Hazard Information

The hazard associated with this product is that the tempered glass window in the pizza oven can shatter during use. This poses a risk of serious injury from laceration. The recall notice explicitly states that the hazard is a laceration hazard resulting from shattered glass. No injuries have been reported to the firm as of the date of the recall notice.

4. Consumer Action Required

Consumers are instructed to stop using the recalled Cuisinart Propel+ Four Burner 3-in-1 Gas Grill immediately. Consumers should visit Conair’s website to check if their specific grill is included in the recall. If the grill is affected, consumers must follow the instructions provided by the firm to safely remove the tempered glass window from the pizza oven. The official remedy for this recall is a refund. Consumers will receive a $500 refund by check, or they may be reimbursed for the original purchase amount if they provide proof of receipt. The refund is issued after the consumer has removed the tempered glass window, uploaded the required photographs, and the firm has verified the submission.
