Ocean State Jobbers Inc., doing business as Ocean State Job Lot, is recalling the Calipso “Combi” and Tiller & Rowe “Growing Table-Mini Greenhouse and Raised Garden Bed” products. The recall was initiated due to a fire hazard. The firm has received 10 reports of the recalled greenhouses overheating, including one report of injury. The products were sold at Ocean State Job Lot stores in New England and nationwide by Home Lot online at Amazon, eBay, and Walmart.

2. Affected Products
The recall involves the Calipso “Combi” and Tiller & Rowe “Growing Table-Mini Greenhouse and Raised Garden Bed” products. The assembled height is 32 inches by 15 inches by 39 inches. The assembled product has an opaque cover with vents and a storage shelf below the garden bed. The garden bed portion and legs are gray. The interior liner is lime green and has a removable grid to space out seedlings. Approximately 12,800 units are affected. The products were manufactured in France. The products were sold from August 2019 through October 2023. Ocean State Job Lot stores sold the product for between $70 and $90. Home Lot (eCommerce) sold the product for between $100 and $150.

3. Hazard Information
The recalled greenhouses can overheat, posing a fire hazard resulting in property damage and injury. The firm has received 10 reports of the recalled greenhouses overheating, including one report of injury. No other injury or incident information is specified in the recall notice.

Consumers should immediately stop using the “Combi” and “Growing Table-Mini Greenhouse and Raised Garden Bed” products. 5. Official Remedy
The official remedy is a full refund. For consumers who purchased the product at Ocean State Job Lot stores, the refund is available upon return to the store or by contacting Customer Service for instructions. For Home Lot (eCommerce) customers, the refund will be issued to the original method of payment after submitting a photograph of the product with “DO NOT USE” marked on it.
