1. Recall Summary
On November 26, 2025, a recall was announced for Vivohome-branded adult portable bed rails. The recall was issued because the products violate the mandatory federal safety standard for adult portable bed rails, posing a serious entrapment hazard and risk of death by asphyxiation. The recall is identified by CPSC Recall Number 26115. The importer is Yiwu Nachen E-Commerce Firm, doing business as Vivohome, of Ontario, California. The products were manufactured in China.

2. Affected Products
The recall involves Vivohome-branded adult portable bed rails sold for use on adult beds. The recalled bed rails measure approximately 36.6 inches long, 16.1 inches wide, and 15.7 inches in height. They have four metallic stand bars with padding. The top bar is either wooden (model VH1316-WC) or metallic (model VH1316-WH) and features a red release button that collapses the bed rail. The model number is printed on the product packaging and on the product registration card. Approximately 400 units were sold. The products were sold online at Amazon.com and Wayfair.com from November 2023 through September 2024 for about $70.

3. Hazard Information
The recalled bed rails violate the mandatory standard for adult portable bed rails. When the bed rails are attached to a bed, users can become entrapped within the bed rail or between the bed rail and the side of the mattress. This creates a serious entrapment hazard and risk of death by asphyxiation. Additionally, the bed rails do not bear the required hazard warning labels. As of the date of the recall notice, no injuries or incidents have been reported.

4. Consumer Action Required
Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled bed rails. They must contact Vivohome to arrange for a full refund. As part of the remedy process, consumers will be asked to write “RECALLED” on the rails using a permanent marker. After doing so, they must send a photo of the marked bed rails to support@3qmart.com. Consumers should then dispose of the recalled product in accordance with local requirements.

5. Official Remedy
The official remedy is a full refund. Consumers who follow the instructions—marking the rails with “RECALLED,” submitting a photo, and disposing of the product—will receive a refund from Vivohome.
