This recall involves all SereneLife brand above-ground pools that are 48 inches and taller. The recall was announced on December 18, 2025. The recalled products were imported by Sound Around Inc., doing business as SereneLife Home. The products were manufactured in China. Approximately 80 units are affected by this recall.

The recalled products are SereneLife brand above-ground pools with a height of 48 inches or taller. The specific models included in this recall are SLPORND15 and SLPORND18. The model information and the SereneLife logo are printed on the liner on the outside of the pool. The recalled above-ground pools contain a compression strap, also referred to as a reinforcing belt, that wraps around the pool on the outside of the vertical support poles.
These pools were sold online at Amazon.com, Walmart.com, Wayfair.com, Target.com, and the SereneLife website (serenelifehome.com) from December 2021 through May 2025. The retail price was between $300 and $500, depending on the size and model of the pool and accessories purchased.
3. Hazard Information
The compression strap (reinforcing belt) on the recalled above-ground pools may create a foothold, allowing a child to access the pool and drown. The recall notice states that children can still gain access to the pools using these footholds even if the ladder is removed. No injuries have been reported in connection with this hazard.
