It was sold in youth size small (S), fitting a head circumference from 46 to 52 cm (18.1 to 20.5 inches). The model name “OM-KSKB” and the manufacture date “11/2022” are printed on a label inside the helmet. The brand name “Outdoor Master” is printed on the front and back of the helmet.

The recalled helmets were sold online at Amazon.com and Walmart.com from June 2024 through February 2025 for between $20 and $32.

3. Hazard Information
The recalled children’s and youth helmets violate the mandatory safety standard for bicycle helmets. Specifically, the helmets do not comply with the positional stability and coverage requirements. As a result, the helmets can fail to protect the user in the event of a crash, posing a risk of injury or death due to head injury. No injuries have been reported in connection with this recall.
