Only helmets with batch number 202503 and a manufacture date of March 2025 are included in this recall. The model number, batch number, and manufacture date (in MM/YYYY format) are printed on a label on the inside of the helmet. Approximately 520 units were sold. The helmets were sold online at Amazon.com from May 2025 through February 2026 for about $23. The distributor is Dongguanshizhouhedianzishangwuyouxiangongsi (Dongguan Zhouhe E-commerce Co., Ltd.) dba Gudook Outdoor Sports, of China. The country of manufacture is China.

3. Hazard Information
