Inc., dba HABA USA, of Skaneateles, New York. The toys were manufactured in China.

3. Hazard Information
The hazard identified in the recall notice is that the seam on the activity toy’s house can open, allowing a young child access to the toy’s filling. This poses choking and ingestion hazards if the filling is placed in the mouth. The recall notice specifies that one consumer report noticed the open seam on the toy’s house. No injuries have been reported.
