The pools were sold at The Home Depot, Lowe’s, and Dunham’s Sports retail stores nationwide and online at Amazon.com, Walmart.com, and Wayfair.com from January 2021 through July 2025 for between $600 and $2,000, depending on the size and model of the pool and accessories purchased. Approximately 13,400 units are affected. The importer is Blue Wave Products Inc., of Batavia, Illinois. The pools were manufactured in China.
Hazard Information
The hazard identified in the recall notice is that the compression strap (reinforcing belt) that surrounds the outside of the pool legs may create a foothold, allowing a child access to the pool, posing a drowning risk.
