1. Recall Summary

On March 19, 2026, a recall was announced for Aisstxoer adult bicycle helmets. The recall was initiated because the helmets violate the mandatory federal safety standard for bicycle helmets. The recall involves approximately 200 units sold in the United States. The products were sold exclusively online at Amazon.com by the YXTDZ Store. The distributor is Shenzhenshiyongxintaidianziyouxiangongsi (Shenzhen Yongxintai Electronics Co., Ltd.), doing business as Yxtdz Store, of China. The helmets were manufactured in China.

2. Affected Products

The recall specifically involves Aisstxoer brand bike helmets. The affected helmets are size large, designed to fit a head circumference of approximately 22.8 to 24.4 inches. The recalled helmets are pink in color. They feature black padding, black straps, a black buckle, and a black plastic knob at the back for adjusting the fit. The brand name “Aisstxoer” and the size are printed on a white label on the product packaging. The model number “GH018L” is printed on a label located inside the helmet. The helmets were sold online at Amazon.com from October 2025 through November 2025 for approximately $25.

3. Hazard Information

The recalled helmets violate the mandatory safety standard for bicycle helmets. Specifically, the helmets do not comply with the required standards for impact attenuation, positional stability, and certification. As a result, the helmets can fail to protect the user in the event of a crash, posing a risk of serious injury or death due to head injury. As of the date of the recall notice, no injuries have been reported.

4. Consumer Action Required

Consumers who have purchased the recalled Aisstxoer adult bicycle helmets should stop using them immediately. Consumers are instructed to contact YXTDZ Store to initiate the recall process. Consumers will be asked to destroy the recalled helmet by cutting the straps. After destroying the helmet, consumers must email a photograph of the destroyed helmet to the distributor at yxtdzamz@126.com.

5. Official Remedy

The official remedy for this recall is a full refund. Upon receipt and verification of the photograph showing the destroyed helmet, YXTDZ Store will provide the consumer with a full refund for the purchase price of the helmet.
