The bassinets come with a bag with handles on the top, and the brand “beberoad LOVE” is printed on the top of the bag. According to the recall notice, only bassinets manufactured on or after June 23, 2022 are included in this recall. The model name, model number TB999-1, and manufacture date in DD/YYYY format are located on the bottom of the bassinet in a sewn-in tag. About 1,940 units are included in the recall.

The recalled bassinets were sold online at beberoadbaby.com, Walmart.com, and Amazon.com from December 2023 through June 2024 for between $50 and $73. The importer is Zhongshanboshangkedianzishangwuyouxiangongsi, dba beberoadlove, of China. The product was manufactured in China.

2. Affected Products

The affected product is the Beberoad New Moon Travel Bassinet, model number TB999-1. Only bassinets manufactured on or after June 23, 2022 are included in the recall. The sewn-in tag on the bottom of the bassinet shows the model name, model number TB999-1, and manufacture date in DD/YYYY format. Colors included in the recall are dark gray, blue, light gray, pink, purple, and sky blue. The product includes a foldable bassinet, a mesh mosquito net, a mattress with a star pattern, and a carry bag with handles.

3. Hazard Information

The recall notice states that the recalled bassinets violate federal safety regulations for Infant Sleep Products because they do not have a stand, posing a fall hazard if used on elevated surfaces. No injuries have been reported in connection with this recall.
