Hazard Information
The recalled bath seats violate the federal safety regulation for infant bath seats. According to the recall notice, the bath seat is unstable and can tip over while in use. Additionally, the leg openings are too wide, allowing a baby to slip out of the seat. These conditions pose a risk of serious injury or death to babies from drowning. As of the date of the recall notice, no injuries have been reported.
