Wee Gallery Inc., of St. Petersburg, Florida, is recalling the Baby Tummy Time Gallery. The recall was initiated due to a violation of the Federal Phthalates Ban. The recall notice was published by the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) on September 19, 2024. The product was manufactured in India.

This recall involves the Baby Tummy Time Gallery. The product is described as a trifold panel made of black and white fabric with clear plastic pockets designed to hold art cards. The recalled Baby Tummy Time Gallery art card pockets have clear plastic coverings that contain levels of a phthalate that exceeds the federal phthalates ban. According to the recall notice, phthalates are toxic if ingested by young children and can cause adverse health effects.
