1. Recall Summary

On October 30, 2025, Crate & Barrel, in cooperation with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC), announced a recall of Ana Dining Chairs. The recall involves approximately 54,930 units sold in the United States and an additional 3,160 units sold in Canada. The recall was initiated due to a fall hazard associated with the product. The recall notice was last published on October 31, 2025.

2. Affected Products

The recall applies to Crate & Barrel Ana Dining Chairs with the following SKU numbers: 108-976, 109-100, 109-117, 109-123, 121-287, 436-035, 436-074, 436-096, 436-123, 686-763, 686-774, 387-127, 387-135, 387-141, and 387-166. The SKU number is located on the underside of the chair seat. The recalled chairs were sold in the following colors: charcoal, gray, ivory, navy, gray velvet, camel velvet, and olive-green velvet. The recall does not apply to chair models sold after January 23, 2025. The chairs were manufactured in China.

3. Hazard Information

According to the recall notice, the legs of the dining chair can break, posing a fall hazard. The firm has received 149 reports of chair legs breaking. These incidents include 10 reports of injuries to the head, back, arms, and face.

4. Consumer Action Required

Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled dining chair. Consumers must contact Crate & Barrel to obtain a free replacement chair and to coordinate a free pick-up of the recalled chair.
