The specific models recalled include, but are not limited to, the Drive2 Concierge 4 Golf Cart, UMAX Rally 2+2, UMAX golf cart, PTV Glacier golf cart, and Fleet Glacier, as depicted in images provided with the recall notice.

3. Hazard Information
The recall was initiated because the accelerator spring can become dislodged. If the spring becomes dislodged, the accelerator pedal may not return to its resting position. This condition poses a crash and injury hazard, as well as a risk of death. As of the date of the recall notice, no injuries had been reported in connection with this defect.
