1. Recall Summary
On December 7, 2023, Security Equipment Corporation, of Fenton, Missouri, initiated a recall of approximately 4,000 units of SABRE Aim & Fire Pepper Gel Spray with Training Canisters. The recall was issued due to a failure to operate in an emergency. The recall notice states that the canisters do not contain the red nozzle on top of the valve stem that is needed to deploy the product, and the canisters can fail to spray in the defense of the individual during an emergency.
