On July 17, 2025, Bexco Enterprises, Inc., of Pico Rivera, California, in cooperation with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC), announced a recall of Babyletto Kiwi Electronic Recliner and Glider fabric-covered chairs equipped with two USB device charging ports. The recall was initiated due to a hazard involving the USB module. The firm has received 37 reports of incidents of overheating, smoking, or sparking, including one minor injury. No fires or property damage have been reported. The recall number is 25392.

The recalled product is the Babyletto Kiwi Electronic Recliner and Glider fabric-covered chair with two USB device charging ports. The chair is covered in various color fabrics and measures approximately 29 inches wide by 36 inches deep by 41 inches high, weighing approximately 125 pounds. About 9,030 units were sold in the United States, and about six were sold in Canada.

The USB module in the recliner arm can overheat and spark, posing an overheating hazard. The firm has received 37 reports of incidents of overheating, smoking, or sparking, including one minor injury. No fires or property damage have been reported.
