The SKU number is printed on the product packaging. The recalled products were sold exclusively online at Amazon.com.

Hazard Information
The recalled bed rails violate the mandatory federal safety standard for adult portable bed rails. Specifically, when the bed rails are attached to a bed, users can become entrapped within the bed rail or between the bed rail and the side of the mattress. This poses a serious entrapment hazard and a risk of death by asphyxiation. Additionally, the bed rails do not bear the required hazard warning labels as mandated by the standard. No injuries or incidents have been reported to date.
