Recall Summary

This recall involves Vivohome-branded adult portable bed rails. The recall was announced on November 26, 2025, under Recall Number 26115. The product was imported by Yiwu Nachen E-Commerce Firm, doing business as Vivohome, of Ontario, California. Approximately 400 units were sold. No injuries have been reported in connection with this recall.

Affected Products

The recalled products are Vivohome adult portable bed rails. The bed rails measure approximately 36.6 inches long, 16.1 inches wide, and 15.7 inches in height. Each unit has four metallic stand bars with padding and a top bar with a red release button that collapses the bed rail. Two model variations are included:

– Model VH1316-WC: features a wooden top bar
– Model VH1316-WH: features a metallic top bar

The model number is printed on the product packaging and on the product registration card. The bed rails were manufactured in China. They were sold online at Amazon.com and Wayfair.com from November 2023 through September 2024 for approximately $70.

Hazard Information

The recalled bed rails violate the mandatory federal safety standard for adult portable bed rails. According to the recall notice, this violation poses a serious entrapment hazard and risk of death by asphyxiation. Specifically, when the bed rails are attached to a bed, users can become entrapped within the bed rail or between the bed rail and the side of the mattress. Additionally, the bed rails do not bear the required hazard warning labels as mandated by the standard.

Consumer Action Required

Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled bed rails. The recall notice instructs consumers to contact Vivohome to initiate the remedy process. Consumers will be asked to write “RECALLED” on the bed rails using a permanent marker. After marking the product, consumers must take a photograph of the marked bed rails and send the photo to Vivohome at support@3qmart.com. Following that, consumers should dispose of the recalled product in accordance with local disposal requirements.

Official Remedy

The official remedy for this recall is a full refund. Consumers who follow the instructions to mark the product, submit a photo, and dispose of the bed rails will receive a full refund from Vivohome.
