1. Recall Summary
Crate & Barrel is recalling Ana Dining Chairs due to a fall hazard. The recall was initiated by the firm, Euromarket Designs, Inc., dba Crate & Barrel, of Northbrook, Illinois. The chairs were manufactured in China. The recall notice was published on October 30, 2025, and last updated on October 31, 2025.
2. Affected Products
This recall involves Crate & Barrel Ana Dining Chairs with the following SKU numbers: 108-976, 109-100, 109-117, 109-123, 121-287, 436-035, 436-074, 436-096, 436-123, 686-763, 686-774, 387-127, 387-135, 387-141, and 387-166. The SKU number is located on the underside of the chair seat. The recalled chairs were sold in the following colors: charcoal, gray, ivory, navy, gray velvet, camel velvet, and olive-green velvet.
The recall does not apply to chair models sold after January 23, 2025. Approximately 54,930 units were sold in the United States, and an additional 3,160 units were sold in Canada. The chairs were sold at Crate & Barrel stores and on Crateandbarrel.com from January 2021 through January 2025, with a retail price between $300 and $350.
3. Hazard Information
The hazard identified in the recall notice is that the legs of the dining chair can break, posing a fall hazard. The firm has received 149 reports of chair legs breaking, including 10 reports of injuries to the head, back, arms, and face.
