– Remedy: Authorized dealers will reinforce the brake pedal arm. The repair is performed free of charge. Owner notification letters for this recall were mailed on October 17, 2024.

2. Back Over Prevention: Sensing System – Camera (Recall 25V246000)
– Component: Display module and rearview camera system.
– Defect: The display module may fail to show the rearview camera image when the vehicle is shifted into reverse. This non-compliance with FMVSS No. 111 means the driver cannot see the area directly behind the vehicle.
– Risk: Without a functioning rearview image, the driver’s ability to detect pedestrians, obstacles, or other vehicles behind the vehicle is reduced, increasing the risk of a backover crash.
– Remedy: Dealers will update the display module software or replace the display unit entirely, as necessary. The repair is performed free of charge. Owner notification letters for this recall were mailed beginning May 13, 2025.
