The recalled dietary supplements contain iron. Under the Poison Prevention Packaging Act (PPPA), products containing iron are required to be sold in child-resistant packaging. The packaging of these recalled products is not child-resistant. This poses a risk of poisoning if the contents are swallowed by young children.
