1. Recall Summary
On June 5, 2025, a recall was announced for ZRWD infant swings. The recall was issued due to multiple violations of federal safety standards, including the CPSC’s Infant Sleep Products Standard, the Safe Sleep for Babies Act, the swing standard, and Reese’s Law regarding button cell batteries. The swings were sold exclusively online at Amazon.com from December 2023 through December 2024. The distributor is Fuzhouwanhonggongyipinyouxiangongsi, doing business as ZRWD, of China. Approximately 3,540 units are affected. No injuries have been reported.

2. Affected Products
The recall involves ZRWD infant swings with model number S0008A. The swings were sold in two color combinations:
– Gray and white fabric with a black base.
– Blue and white fabric with a white base.

Each swing includes a remote control containing a lithium CR 2025 3v button cell battery, two plush toys (a moon and a star), and an activity tray. The swings were sold exclusively online at Amazon.com from December 2023 through December 2024 for about $110.

3. Hazard Information
The recalled swings pose multiple hazards as identified in the recall notice:
Suffocation risk: The swings were marketed for infant sleep and have an incline angle greater than 10 degrees, which violates the CPSC’s Infant Sleep Products Standard and the Safe Sleep for Babies Act.
Missing warnings: The swings fail to meet mandatory warning requirements under the swing standard.
Button cell battery hazard: The remote control contains a lithium coin battery (CR 2025 3v). The products are missing the required warnings and instructions for consumer products containing button cell and coin batteries under Reese’s Law. When button cell or coin batteries are swallowed, the ingested batteries can cause serious injuries, internal chemical burns, and death.

No injuries have been reported in connection with these products.

4. Consumer Action Required
Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled infant swings. To receive a full refund, consumers must take the following steps:
1. Send a photo of the swing cover cut in half to ZRWD at zrwdrecall@163.com.
2. Send a photo of the swing with the word “Recalled” written with permanent marker on its base to the same email address.
3. Dispose of the swing.

Note: Button cell and coin batteries are hazardous. Batteries should be disposed of or recycled by following local procedures for hazardous household waste, not in the trash.

ZRWD and Amazon are contacting all known purchasers directly.

5. Official Remedy
The official remedy is a full refund. Consumers must follow the instructions above (cutting the swing cover in half, marking the base with “Recalled,” and sending photos) to receive the refund.

6. Contact Information
Consumers should contact ZRWD via email at zrwdrecall@163.com. No phone number or physical address is specified in the recall notice.
