Distribution: The products were sold at hardware and home improvement stores nationwide and on various websites from June 2020 through January 2025. The retail price range was between $60 and $390.

3. Hazard Information
The flexible grease gun hose can develop a hole, allowing grease to be ejected while using the grease gun. This poses a laceration hazard to the user. The firm has received five reports of incidents worldwide of the grease gun hose failing. These five incidents resulted in laceration injuries. All five reported incidents occurred outside the United States.
