The recalled products are Criblike aftermarket play yard and non-full sized crib mattresses. Two specific product lines are included:

– Criblike Pack and Play mattresses, models XCD-001 and XCD-002. These mattresses are white and measure approximately 38 inches by 26 inches.
– Criblike Mini-crib mattresses, model MNCL-001. These mattresses are white and measure approximately 38 inches by 24 inches.

The brand name “Criblike” and the model number are printed on labels located on the end of the product. The mattresses were sold on Amazon from May 2023 through September 2025 at prices ranging from $20 to $60. The country of manufacture is China.

3. Hazard Information
The recalled aftermarket mattresses violate the mandatory federal safety standard for crib mattresses. Specifically, the mattresses may not adequately fit certain play yards or non-full-sized cribs. This creates a deadly entrapment hazard. Babies can suffocate in gaps that form between an undersized mattress (or extra padding) and the side walls of a product. This is especially dangerous when an infant’s face becomes trapped against the side and the mattress, preventing the infant from breathing. Additionally, the non-full-sized crib mattress fails to meet the mandatory standard for mattress set flammability.

4. Consumer Action Required
Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled crib mattresses. They must then contact Criblike for instructions on how to request a full refund. As part of the remedy process, consumers are required to destroy the mattresses by cutting them in half. After destroying the mattress, consumers must take a photograph of the destroyed mattress and email that photo to Criblike-service_2025@outlook.com. The subject line of the email must include the phrase “Recall Proof” and the consumer’s name.
